HK Matrimony is a matchmaking service and does not guarantee that every registered individual will find a suitable match or enter into marriage.

2. Eligibility

By registering with HK Matrimony, you confirm that you are legally eligible to seek marriage under the applicable laws of your country, that the information you provide is accurate and belongs to you, that you will not provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information, and that you will not use our services for any unlawful or inappropriate purpose.

If you are registering on behalf of another person, you confirm that you have their permission to provide their information and communicate with us on their behalf.

By registering with HK Matrimony, you authorize us to use the information you provide for matchmaking purposes. Your profile may be shared with our internal Matchmakers Portal, which contains profiles available for matchmaking.

The purpose of sharing your profile is to allow our Matchmakers to identify potentially suitable proposals based on the information and preferences you provide.

We do not guarantee that any profile presented to you will be suitable, genuine, compatible, or ultimately result in marriage. You are responsible for making your own decisions regarding any person or family introduced through our service.

5. Accuracy and Verification

HK Matrimony may take reasonable steps to review or verify information provided by registered individuals. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, authenticity, character, background, financial circumstances, marital status, or intentions of every individual or family represented in our database.

Users should independently verify important information before making personal, financial, or marriage-related decisions.

6. Communication

By registering with HK Matrimony, you agree that our team may contact you through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, or other communication methods you provide to us.

Communication may relate to your registration, profile, matchmaking opportunities, appointments, follow-ups, or our services. You may request to stop receiving non-essential communications from us at any time.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide genuine and accurate information and to treat other individuals and families respectfully. You must not misuse information received through HK Matrimony or use another person’s information for harassment, fraud, impersonation, or any unlawful activity.

You must not copy, publish, distribute, sell, or misuse profiles obtained through our service, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our website, systems, or Matchmakers Portal.

You should inform HK Matrimony if you discover that information associated with your profile is incorrect.

8. Privacy and Confidentiality

We take reasonable measures to protect the personal information provided to us.

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third-party companies for their own marketing purposes.

Your profile may be shared within our secure Matchmakers Portal for matchmaking purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

Because some communication may take place through WhatsApp, phone, or email, you should exercise appropriate caution when sharing sensitive personal information through these communication channels.

9. Fees and Payments

Where applicable, HK Matrimony may charge registration, matchmaking, consultation, or other service fees.

Any applicable fees and payment terms will be communicated to you before the relevant service is provided.

Once a service has been purchased or commenced, eligibility for refunds, cancellations, or adjustments will depend on the terms communicated to you at the time of purchase.

10. No Guarantee of Marriage or Match

  • The actions, intentions, or conduct of another person or family.

The final decision to communicate, meet, proceed with a proposal, or enter into marriage always belongs to the individuals and families involved.

11. Third-Party Conduct

HK Matrimony is not responsible for the actions, statements, decisions, representations, or conduct of individuals or families introduced through our matchmaking service.

Users should exercise reasonable care and conduct their own verification before sharing sensitive information, meeting someone in person, making financial commitments, or proceeding with a marriage proposal.

HK Matrimony should be informed of any serious concern, suspected fraud, impersonation, harassment, or inappropriate conduct connected to our services.

12. Website Use
